Corky is our vintage coffee and cakes van, which allows us to bring the very best of our Coffee Shop to your event. Fitted with a La Marzocco Linea Classic two group espresso coffee machine, Corky is a replica Model T Ford combining the very best of nostalgia and premium barista coffee to make a truly unique vehicle. 

This is not a bean to cup coffee machine set up – Corky is staffed by professional baristas using top end machines steaming and crafting each and every drink.

Our experienced baristas are able to make a selection of your favourite hot drinks using our house espresso blend, which is small batch hand roasted by us on site at our Coffee Shop in Premier Universal Marina on the banks of the River Hamble plus a decaf option, luxury hot chocolate as well as carrying a range of Teas and of course a selection of Mermaids home made cakes, brownies and cookies.

Corky is available for booking for private events, parties & weddings, school fetes, village fayres, local festivals, sports events, corporate events and anywhere else where you have ever thought I really need a coffee! Corky requires 2x 16amp power supplies, but failing that we can run with a generator.
