Booking Betsie Jane River Cruises
We only offer bookings for exclusive hire of Betsie Jane online. Please check both the date and time listed before booking your cruise. Please note that the times of Betsie Jane cruises are different every day due to tidal flows. Online availability is displayed directly from our reservations system and we endeavour to ensure it is up to date and accurate at all times. In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil your booking we will contact you as soon as possible.
Your booking entitles you and your group to exclusive use of Betsie Jane for the time listed, together with her professional Skipper and Mate. Also included in the price is prosecco (subject to a sensible drinking policy), soft drinks and an Afternoon Tea. The maximum number of participants in your group must not exceed eight and all participants must be aged 8 or over. In the event we are unable to run your trip on its booked date due to rain or strong winds we will offer you a range of alternative dates to rebook your trip onto. If your trip is rescheduled more than twice you will be entitled to a refund.
Payment for all orders can be made using a credit or debit card. We are able to accept the following card types: Visa (Credit and Debit), MasterCard and American Express.
The Mermaids Group Ltd trading as Mermaids Coffee Shop is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
Spam (unwanted emails)
During the product ordering process you will have the option to opt into our email mailing list. If you choose to join the mailing list, we will only send you emails with special offers and relevant marketing information regarding our own products. Your email address will not be given to any third parties, or be abused by us sending you hundreds of unwanted emails.
For Betsie Jane River Cruises you may cancel within 14 days of booking, provided your booked trip is more than 14 days away at the time of cancellation. Cancellations should be made via email by replying to your original order if possible. Cancellation and amendments cannot be made via social media messaging services. After this time you may change the date of your booking, providing that your booked trip is more than 14 days away at the time of contacting us.
Problems with order
If you experience any problems using our online shop, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. After you have confirmed and paid for your order, you will be sent a confirmation email from us with a copy of your order and delivery address.
